All server wipes are announced in our Discord, so we highly recommend joining to stay updated on wipe schedules and related announcements.

To report a player suspected of breaking the rules, use the F7 report menu in-game. This allows us to address the situation efficiently.

Deluxe Rust is a network of Rust servers designed to cater to all types of players, offering a unique and balanced experience. We ensure a fair and enjoyable environment where players can engage freely without concerns of staff overreach. Our state-of-the-art custom anti-cheat system and dedicated staff team work tirelessly to maintain a cheater-free community, allowing players to fully immerse themselves in the game worry-free.

All server updates, including changelogs, wipe alerts, map votes, and polls, are announced in our Discord server.

At Deluxe Rust, we don’t block suspicious accounts from joining our servers to avoid unfair punishments. Instead, we use a custom anti-cheat system that employs modern tools and techniques to detect and prevent cheaters. This system runs advanced checks and can apply automatic punishments when necessary. Our dedicated staff team actively monitors the community to catch and handle any cheaters that bypass automated systems.

Lag may be caused by your connection or server-side issues. Check your ping to identify any unusual results. Deluxe Rust operates on top-of-the-line hardware to minimize lag. However, rare bugs can cause temporary server-side lag. If you experience persistent issues you believe are server-related, report them in our Discord server as a bug.

We offer various ranks depending on the server. Donator ranks can be found on our store, while information about other ranks is available in our Discord server.

Ranks vary depending on the server you play. On vanilla servers, ranks provide only cosmetic perks and queue skip abilities, in line with community guidelines. On modded servers, ranks offer features like kits and other gameplay advantages tailored to the server type.

During server restarts or crashes, player progression may experience a rollback. Deluxe Rust has implemented systems to minimize the impact of rollbacks and prevent them when possible. Unfortunately, if a rollback does occur, changes cannot be reverted; it affects all players equally.

Yes! We regularly host events to enhance the server experience. Events occur on a randomized schedule and are announced in the in-game chat along with instructions on how to join. Event types and details are shared at the time of announcement.
